Family lanterns
Adults can create optional child profiles with nicknames and optional PINs, choose profile pictures, and manage profile access. A child does not need an email or a separate marketing identity.
Household owners can invite another adult and protect adult controls with an adult PIN.

What is the difference between the books and the portal?
The Complete Library is a physical 20-book collection in two ten-book sets. The portal is the separate online learning home for digital stories, animations, songs and eligible printable resources. Your available digital resources follow your active account access.
When does the included year begin?
The Complete Library includes 12 calendar months of family portal access from verified adult activation. Purchases & access shows the end date for your account. Optional renewal is separate; this is not lifetime portal access.
Do children need their own email accounts?
No. An adult manages the household account. Optional child profiles use nicknames and optional PINs. Billing, purchases and adult account settings remain outside child learning mode.
Can we download the digital books, videos and songs?
Digital books, videos and songs are view-only or streaming member resources. Eligible supplemental printable PDFs have a download option in the portal. A printable download is not a download of the streaming library.
Are all 20 stories already available in every digital format?
The 20-book product offer and the published digital library are not the same inventory. The portal shows the titles and formats currently available to your account. Check the product’s current release details; we do not promise that every planned item is already published.
Can I play Lantern Village today?
Not yet. Lantern Village is under development. The portal’s village page is a place to follow progress and join adult updates, not a live game launch.
I purchased, but my resources are still locked. What should I do?
Use the same adult email as checkout, complete email verification and the purchase activation steps, then check Purchases & access. If access still needs attention, contact the portal Help team. Do not create a child email or place another order just to troubleshoot access.
